Rectangular rug with slits in the center. Follows a clear design language. The narrow version is perfect for the hallway, as it plays with the impression of a roadway. Available in three sizes and many colors. So take your pick! Dimensions: 70 x 195 (W x L cm); 140 x 195 (W x L cm); 180 x 235 (W x L cm). Wool felt thickness: 5 mm. Special sizes available on request. Also suitable for underfloor heating. Important: All Hey-Sign rugs are individually configurable products. They are therefore excluded from cancellation! For very slippery floors, we recommend our anti-slip grid.
Wool felt rug for the hallway – organic rug with great properties
Processing virgin wool under pressure, mechanical treatment, and moist heat to create a dense fabric is one of the oldest methods of textile production. The ancient Greeks already used this process. And they were rewarded for it. Because wool felt and today's felt rugs from Hey-Sign offer many advantages. They are flame-retardant, sound-absorbing, store humidity and thus have a regulating effect on the indoor climate. The natural wool grease inherent in the material protects the surface from dirt and largely prevents liquids from penetrating. This is particularly important for rugs. The strength of the material, at an impressive 5 mm, is wonderful. This means that even old buildings are no longer cold underfoot. Stains can be rubbed out by hand, as the natural wool grease protects the material by its very nature.
