Free shipping within Germany for all items with a minimum order value of €100!

Otherwise, we charge €5.90 for shipping costs.

Shipping to the EU: €20 (all products)

Shipping to Switzerland: €40 (all products)

Returning goods

Within Germany, we will cover the cost of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.

The parcel label does not apply to freight items. Please do not send us any parcels without postage paid.

Please note the following when returning goods:

1. Return the goods to us unused and in their original, undamaged packaging:

2. Please do not send the goods back carriage forward. Ask us for a parcel label – we will send it to you by email.
    
3. Please always enclose a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with the goods, adding a note if necessary. This will enable us to quickly identify and process your return.
