Returning goods

Within Germany, we will cover the costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.

Upon request, we will send you a parcel label by email. The parcel label does not apply to freight items. Please do not send us any parcels without postage paid.

Please note the following when returning goods:

1. Please return the goods to us unused and in their original, undamaged packaging:
